at 13 weeks I am spoting, am I miscarrying?

HI, I am 13 weeks pregnant, I have been spoting the first 3 weeks of my pregnancy and it finally came out to be nothing, the doctor said there is no explanation to that, I may just be a bleeder.
Now i am 13 weeks and just 2 days ago the bleeding/spoting started again. Its not heavy bleeding, mainly just spoting, I dont even have to wear a pad or anything like that. But since i had 2 miscarriges before, I am very scared when I see a bit of blood.
Please tell me, at 13 weeks would I bleed heavy if I was miscarrying?
And how different miscarriage is at 13 weeks then at 3-5 weeks?
