Hello. I am a guy 32 years old and sometimes I have trouble sleeping. I tried those sleeping pills, but they didn't work. Maybe a little, it only made me woozy, and I couldn’t sleep, so that was even worse. I was thinking of trying with aromatherapy. What do you think?

Yeah, you should go for it. I had problems with sleeping, myself. Sleeping pills worked, but I was starting to hook on them. So I stopped and tried with lavender aromatherapy. I must say it worked really well. I highly recommend it, and not only that, but everything that has aromatherapy on it. It's great, I promise.

One word...Lavender. Get some lavendor oil and dab some around your colar bone, or put some in an oil burner.
Another great way is taking a lavender scent hot bath...Mm
