Had an anterior cervical diskectomy with fusion in august of 06. Have minimal pain but notice that I ache in my soldiers at times. How can I avoid this and what should I be doing to keep my neck stable and to rebuild any muscle loss. I'm not sure that I do have muscle loss but I have been told that my posure is poor. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am still not lifting anything heavy and I try not to pull or tug too much., Thanks
