am i ovulating or pregnancy symptoms

Help- feeling a bit confused. Had an ectopic Pregnancy in December and had my first period on 18th January. I thought I ovulated last week (seeing the mucus etc) and have started yesterday feeling bloated and stomach cramps and have noticed a bit of mucus again today. As I don't know my new length of cycle are these very early pregnancy signs or have i miscalculated ovulation????
