after having a stomach virus and passing it on to my roommate..can I get it right back?

I had a stomach virus that I am still trying to get over and have already passed it on to my roommate. It was horrible. Constant, violent throwing up while not being able to make it to the toilet to take care of the other end (if you know what I mean) I was beginning to feel better this morning when I was out of my apartment, but I am back now and trying to take care of her and I am feeling the "nauseous-ness" come back all over again. Can I get the virus I passed along only 2 days ago, AGAIN so quickly? Like..the next day!?
