Hi. I am an asthmatic and I take Advair to prevent asthma attacks. However, I think I am allergic to Advair. Maybe I should try Nasonex? What to do?

Hi. I don`t think Nasonex is a med for patients with asthma. It is a steroid drug used to prevent and treat nasal symptoms of allergies and seasonal reactions. It may be used for other purposes however. I take Nasonex because of my allergy, but I think I will have to switch to something else. My nose is bleeding every time I take Nasonex. Advair is also a steroid that improves breathing. Like Nasonex, it also prevents the release of substances that cause inflammation.

i dont take nasonex anymore because i think it gave me terrible palpitations and insomnia (only used it for a month). I now take nasobec for allergic rhinitis and no problems so far. Anyone else experienced this?
