I have bowel problems, constipation, stomach and anus ache…it seems that my stomach become lazy. I started with some tea which does help a little but I am still in pain. I was wondering will acupuncture or some herbs help me with my problem. I want to start with something natural first, I don’t believe much in meds and I am afraid or their side effects.

Well, I personally think that exercise or any activity will help you with this problem. Yes, you can try with acupuncture and the herbal formulas vary widely, depending on the symptoms. There are formulas used for other digestive problems and I think a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs can help you find the right formula for you. I hope this helps! Take care
