I would like to know more about Ayurveda and what therapies does it offer. It seems to be popular lately and I thought until recently that is the same thing as homeopathy. I was never sure are those people are just playing with our mind or these things really work.

Well, I understood that Ayurveda is about balance, and health means balance. Each constitution has a natural tendency to become imbalanced, by eating foods and living a lifestyle that reduces the excesses, one remains balanced. So, balancing produces healing, prevention, and reverses the aging process. And about the Ayurveda therapies that you were asking…well it depends but let's says in general Ayurveda offers therapies for each of the five senses because different people learn better through different senses.
