abdomnial pain while losing weight

I have been on Weight Watchers for four months. I have lost a total of 50 pounds. Three weeks ago I develop stomach pains. I had kidney stones in the past and assumed it was more. The test proved that theory wrong. I still have sharp shooting pain and cramping. The CT scan did not show anything on my ovaries.
