abdominal distension that is needing suggestions

I am a healthy 41 year old female, who went to the doctor in 2002 to have my abdomen checked as I experienced a sensation of "something" sort of being in upper mid abdomen, maybe transverse colon area. I requested to have an ultrasound, and barium enima... test results were normal. The sensation went away.
Last September.. the same feeling of something being in this location.. upper mid/right abdomen has returned, with more symptoms of a sensation of a food feeling in my throat, no heartburn... a constant mild discomfort of a stone sort of feeling. On occassion I will get sharp quick pains from the same location. The feeling of fullness, bloating..
bowel movements are daily, and varies in consistency. Coloration is light.
I once again have had tests recently of a barium drink... ultrasound... all normal, the doctor says that everything shows normal including my blood tests... must be spastic colon.
Any suggestions? Thank you so much!
