abdominal cramping combined with other symptoms

I am a twenty year old female. I have been experiencing strange tightness and cramping in my lower abdomen over the last week or so, especially in the middle and left side. But if I push down on the right side of my abdomen, near my hip, there is a very odd gurgling noise right below the surface, like trapped liquid or air. Overall I am not experiening much pain besides some mild abdominal cramping. However, I also believe had I had a bartholin cyst or something similar several months ago that was never treated because my doctor thought that it "was nothing". All of these possibly unrelated symptoms have me very concerned. I am a worrier and definitely need my mind to be put at ease. Thank you for any help you can give me.
