a missed period,2 negative pregnancy tests followed by another missed period

I am on the pill and have been for a few years now but two months ago I kept taking my pills at different times every day and even missed one. So two weeks after me and my husband had sex I had a spot (not full spotting) and so I took two pregnancy test which came back negative. So here I am the following month with another missed period.
