I have had a prescription from my
Doctor for over a month now for Cmybalta, and I have been on Zoloft, since five years ago. I have had this "Mental block" about switching over just out of fear, fear of side effects fear of switching, and that period of time when I have to take both (doc said cut down to 1 zoloft than half than none, while taking 30mg. of Cymbalta), and I am also on wellbutrin (plus just started methatrexate, as well as being on Nexium and Methadone, for pain)....so if you have anything at all you can tell me to help me do this I would really appreciate it, my Doc is even getting frustrated with me. ...I was told the other day not to take wellbutrin at the same time of the day as the Cymbalta, my doctors never mentioned it but someone else said their Doc. advised them not to???....Thankyou so much for your help....Franco775@msn.com. Hi,

I have been treated for OCD with Zoloft for the last 8 years, and experience depression and lethargy/fatigue still, though my obsessions are infinitely less than they were before the Zoloft. I wondered if my Dopamine levels were suffering (hence the fatigue) so I asked my doc about trying Cymbalta. She is letting me go on 30 mg while still taking 100mg Zoloft. In a few weeks I guess if the Cymbalta is ok I'll work off Zoloft. Just wondering what your experience was?
