YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA SYMPTOMS

Hi. Several days ago my boy started feeling very bad. He has fever, abdominal pain and nausea. I tried helping him with some meds that I know for, but nothing helped. Is there anybody here who could tell me what to do?? We’re not insured and I don’t know where to seek free medical help.

It is very possible that your boy has Yersiniosis - an infectious disease caused by a bacterium of the genus Yersinia. It is very comon in children, and symptoms you’ve described are exactly those for Yersiniosis. As this is infectious disease, I don’t think that anything that can be bought without prescription will not help you. You should really seek professional medical help, but I really don’t know what to tell you regarding your insurance. I believe that there are hospitals that will be willing to examine your boy.
