Why's everybody avoiding eating healthy? Is it that hard?
It seems to me like most people avoid eating healthy. I’m trying to avoid fried food and animal fats but they are on every menu of every restaurant, except specialized macrobiotic and vegetarian. I eat poultry and fish but prepared without oil. Why’s everybody avoiding eating healthy? Is it that hard?

It’s easier to find fast food restaurant than one with healthy food. It’s also cheaper, healthy food is always more quality than less healthy. And there is established opinion that healthy food is never that tasty as not healthy food can be. This is just my idea of explanation. I am personally not very fond of fast food.
