I didn't wan to go to the doctor up less I really think I have to.

And I also think that you should go to see a doctor. We can not feel our hart when it contracts, but we can feel our hart beat. Does your hart beats faster when you have this pain?
Did you had any injury or a bone fracture in your upper body?

It's hard to tell what the cause is, but with chest pain, you don't want to play around. Now I know that on occasion that you can feel a random chest pain that is quite sharp but only for a brief moment, but it doesn't happen in such a specific way like yours does. TO be honest, your condition sounds a bit of a concern, and I think it'd be best to see a doctor about it. I know it's scary, but you should because it could be something that could really hurt you, and the doctor can provide care. Please keep us posted!

Hi:
I agree with the previous posts. You've got to go and see about this. You may also have a problem with your lungs. In either case, this could be very serious, especially if it is ignored. Chest pain issues are a priority in the medical community. Get there right away. In addition, you don't know what other symptoms you may be having, because you are probably asleep when some of them could be occurring. Please let us know what you find out. I'm sure that your experiences will help other members and friends of this site. We look forward to hearing about how you are doing.
