White yellowish liquid,no menstration yet.

i am a 14 yr old gurl.i have been having white-yellowish discharge since pri 6 and have not have menstration yet.Is it due to nutritional facts or other reasons?At first i experience itchyness but now seldom experience it.It occurs everyday,esp. after i have taken cold drinks.can someone plz help me?
