Where's my period?

Please someone help me I need to know where my period is?! I am only 39 and no matter my age I was planning on having another child but it is been for more than 6 months my period is gone and I am not pregnant so pregnancy is not the reason of my period's missing. Maybe I am seek of something who knows for it happened lately I have some hot flashes especially during night and my vagina is so dry and to tell you the truth I have almost lost my sexual desire. So what do you think where is my period and what do I do?

I had exactly the same symptoms accompanied with concentration difficulties and it all happened when I was about 40 so basically those are menopause symptoms but regarding my age I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure so this could be one of the reasonable explanations to- where is your period- question. So basically you might be having amenorrhea caused by your ovarian failure and if you would like to fix this problem your period related you may try with some estrogen therapy combined with calcium and vitamin D supplements just to reduce the risk of getting osteoporosis.
