It's really hard to describe an orgasm, because you really only can understand what it feels like after you've had one

Try to imagine this though: You know how a sneeze builds up? You can sort of feel a really big sneeze coming on... an orgasm is sort of like that. It builds up, and then releases. It's a bunch of really pleasurable contractions down there. You get really warm, you tense up, and then it just feels amazing.

When you start to feel that "building up" sensation, that is when you are getting close to an orgasm.
