Hi. I would really like to help you because I know some facts about this diet, although I would rather say that this is way of life, not just simple diet!
The diet is based on the traditional eating habits of Mediterranean peoples. I don’t know how much do you know about this but the keywords are livestock, fishing and

Basic principles are high intakes of cereals, grains, vegetables, dried beans, olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs,
seafood, and fruit. I don’t even need to mention that vine intake should be on daily basis!
