Hello, I have problems with obesity. I eat a lot off junk food (including a lot of sugar). At a medical check up, I have done blood test for a sugar level and it was 126mg/dl. I am worried now because it looks like I have diabetes and I would like to know what are normal diabetes glucose levels.

You should know that diabetes mellitus is a hormonal disorder and is manifested with increased glucose level in the blood. Some border line would be between 100 and 126 mg/dl. Those people have a higher risk for developing diabetes mellitus. That means that you are on the very edge off being diagnosed with this illness. So, I guess you have to change a lot of things if you do not want to start with a therapy.
