Hi, What is hysterectomy? My doctor said I have endometriosis and I need surgery. I don't want to do it and at the same time I want to be pregnant. Is there any other way to cure it? May be through the use of herb and what type?

You shouldn't undergo hysterectomy if you want to get pregnant. You will not be able to get pregnant ever again if you undergo this procedure. You should say this to your doctor and if s/he still persists with hysterectomy, you should seek a second opinion.

Women with endometriosis can get pregnant and there are many women with this condition who gave birth. You need to speak with the doctor who can offer you different options like hormonal treatments in form of birth control pills or different drugs. Unfortunately, you cannot control endometriosis with herbs.

Seek a second opinion to see your chances. The treatment of course depends on your individual case. You may have to undergo a surgery if it is a severe form of endometriosis.
