Hi. I suffer from arthritic pain and I hate taking pills. What can be used as natural anti-inflammatory? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi. Omega 3 is an alternative to decrease inflammation of arthritic joint. Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid which must be ingested in food. It can be ingested as a supplement too. Omega 3 reduced inflammation and the best part is it slows down arthritis. Omega 6 is also good. I have a balanced intake of omega 3 and 6. This is necessary to decrease inflammation. Also, glucosamine is show to slows down arthritis. This natural component is derived mostly form the chitin found in the shells of shellfish. Best of all, glucosamine is not toxic.
