for weight loss - cardio workout, such as swimming, jogging, dancing, - anything that will make your heart beat faster ... certain sex position are good for cardio workout too -
Anyway - perform cardio workout as much as possible, also tone your body with light weights and lots of repetitions
(for building big muscles: lower number of repetitions, but use heavy weights and perform slowly)
And of course nutrition... 5 small meals, breakfast, drink at least 1,5 l water - avoid juices and sodas bc they contain unnecessary sugar and calories.
