Hey Ayana Here,
i have lst 11 lbs when i use to go to gym, but because of few reasons i have stopped my gym, n now am there with +19 lbs with me.
What to do then?

Hi there, the best thing to do is to exercise--if you can't go to the gym then try to exercise some other way. What do you think? Are you able to do that?

Hey Ayana.

for weight loss - cardio workout, such as swimming, jogging, dancing, - anything that will make your heart beat faster ... certain sex position are good for cardio workout too - Wink Cool

Anyway - perform cardio workout as much as possible, also tone your body with light weights and lots of repetitions
(for building big muscles: lower number of repetitions, but use heavy weights and perform slowly)

And of course nutrition... 5 small meals, breakfast, drink at least 1,5 l water - avoid juices and sodas bc they contain unnecessary sugar and calories.
