I have a serious question of what rapid weight gain could be. I never was skinny but never was fat also but now in one year I gained a lot of weight I think I’m becoming one of those fat people and can’t stop asking myself
What Could Rapid Weight Gain Be? Is there anyone with the same problem to help me with some good advice? I know that I might try to exercise and probably need to eat healthier food but sometimes I simply don’t have no free time for I’m so busy back there in my office and don’t manage to get out of that
computer I’m working on entire day almost. I’m afraid what could this rapid weight gain be for I always thought I have good
metabolism.
