I have a serious question of what rapid weight gain could be. I never was skinny but never was fat also but now in one year I gained a lot of weight I think I’m becoming one of those fat people and can’t stop asking myself What Could Rapid Weight Gain Be? Is there anyone with the same problem to help me with some good advice? I know that I might try to exercise and probably need to eat healthier food but sometimes I simply don’t have no free time for I’m so busy back there in my office and don’t manage to get out of that computer I’m working on entire day almost. I’m afraid what could this rapid weight gain be for I always thought I have good metabolism.

I don’t think you have some disease that caused you to gain your weight. I think I might find the answer in your question- you’re not physically active, you don’t even go to walks and probably you eat all those junkie food such as hamburgers and hot-dogs and too much sweeties. And the worse thing here you spent the entire day sitting in front of the computer. What to say you have all predispositions to weigh gain. I personally had the same problem about 3 years ago, I was actually depressed and was not feeling well and I’m one of those that eats when are not happy. So anyway I had some life problems and couldn’t resist even on food I dislike and one day I decided it was enough. I started with regular work-outs and this is what saved me , after every work –out I have I feel fantastic and these condition depression alike has gone away since I started to exercise. And of course I care much what I eat and how much I eat for our metabolism is slowed by aging.
