I've heard that an easy and very effective way to eliminate water weight is to soak an ace bandage in warm salt water, then wrap it around your stomach or desired area. Wrap plastic wrap around the wet ace bandage and keep it on over night. The salt water is supposed to eliminate water weight in the area you are using it on.
I tried this one time and I could see a little change, but I think my plastic wrap was coming undone so it didn't work as well as it was supposed to.

Has anyone tried this or know of an easier or more effective way to lose water weight quickly???

Personally, I don't want to try your technique because it's very uncomfortable. I doubt that I'd get a good night's rest. Why not lessen your consumption of salty food because I learned that salt can make your body retain fluid that causes you to feel bloated.
