Hi, i am 17 years old and have recently started a heavy routine of weight lifting to get my upper body into shape. Upon reading a few articles on weight lifting and how it can actually decrease your hormone production i have noticed something. During a climax of sex or masterbation i have a lower volume of sperm than before i started weight lifting. I masterbate normaly 3 times a week and am writing to ask to incrase my volume of sperm should i reduce my masterbation to allow for sperm to build up ? Or should i just cut back on the weights ?

Any help would be be much appreciated

Thanks

Don't cut back on the weights, cut back on the sex. Some studies show that your testosterone levels peak after 7-8 days without sex so if you have to do it, do it once a week and you should be good to go. Also for information on hormones and sex check out www.t-nation.com
