Hi, i am 17 years old and have recently started a heavy routine of weight lifting to get my upper body into shape. Upon
reading a few articles on weight lifting and how it can actually decrease your
hormone production i have noticed something. During a climax of sex or masterbation i have a lower volume of sperm than before i started weight lifting. I masterbate normaly 3 times a week and am writing to ask to incrase my volume of sperm should i reduce my masterbation to allow for sperm to build up ? Or should i just cut back on the weights ?
