Hi, I had big problems in my youth with my weight.
All my life I was a very skinny child and no meter how much I eat or how much I practice –my weight didn’t change.
So, my parents looked for a professional advice and doctor told them that I should continue to eat a lot and that should go in some gym.
So I started to go every week in the gym and my muscles started to show.
But, there was one problem, I got strong muscles but I didn’t gain much weights.
I must have weak bowel enzymes because nothing is digested and transferred in my blood.
I don’t know how to solve my problem. Recently I heard of some special kind of food that is specially made for weight gain.
Do you know anything about it?

Yes, I know pretty much everything about this kind of food, because I'm in a bodybuilding business almost all my life.
Gaining weight requires that you increase the amount of calories you eat everyday. It could be very expensive if you try this with your everyday food.
The best way to gain weight is to supplement your regular diet with a weight gain meal replacement.
One meal with this supplements will give you about 250-300 calories.
Supplementing your diet with a good Weight gainer will also help you spend less on groceries.
In generally, you will want protein with a higher biological value rating, because you're body is getting more of the protein you're ingesting, and more quality products use higher quality proteins.
