Hi, you must be fan of bodybuilding like I am. Actually, to be sure it is safe for you it is advisable to go to the doctor and have your health status checked. In every gym you will get a trainer who will inform you which exercises to do and for how long. You will also be told about diet habits you need to practice to provide weight gain. Try not to work too hard in the beginning and if you want to lift heavy weights, you need to develop strength of back muscles first. If you don’t take proper care, don’t warm up and lift too much, I can get injured.
