WHY ARE THERE SMALL PARTICLES IN MY URINE

i have the same thing
but ive been urinating a lot lately

i read this somewhere;
If you are drinking water properly (about 4 oz every half hour) you will notice these thread like and fine white particles in your urine. MD's will run all sorts of tests, but the tests turn up negative. When cells die in your body, the water you drink helps flush out the cell fragments. but other people have been saying it could b a kidney damage.
but i think i'd be in pain, which im not, so if your not in pain its prob the first reason.
thats what i think it is.
it can also be due to a high protein diet
