WEIGHT LOSE??

Hi!
I am 27 years old.i have regular periods.but sometime i have irregular periods like after 11/2 or 2 months.i have periods with cloting and very much pain in my lower back,migrane,leg pains and also in my lower tummy pains near to pelvic.

before my periods i have feeling like that i am sick or i have fever means my whole body is paining and specially in my back, leg and migrine problem.my feet and hands are swollen.and itching in my hand ain feet.

now a days my weight is slightly gain before my periods.what solution did any doctor or specialist give me?
