Hey,
The last 2 times I have had my period I threw up the day before the bleeding started. Is this normal and is there any way to control it?

Hormonal changes around a womans period can cause diahhreah, nausea, vommiting, and fatigue.

This is known as PMS, but some womens PMS is a lot worse than other womens.

Using birth control pills helps with PMS symptoms GREATLY.
