I just went on a cruise and during the last 2 days of the trip the boat was really swaying from the rough water. When I got home, every once in a while I would feel like I was still on the boat, a momentary loss of balance would occur, like I would sway a bit. Is this a normal feeling after being on a cruise?

most definitely, I was on my first cruise ever a little over 18 months ago. My "Sea legs" took about two to three weeks to get straigtened out. It some how relates to the part of you brain that gets used to compensating for the wave action, and has a hard time getting back to stable land.

It almost made me feel like I was blitzed with out the high. Crazy feeling.

I would say if it lasts longer than that, see the doc. He could help you out.

Good luck
