Toxic effects of insulin

Is it possible that someone experienced toxic effect from insulin? Can it be some reaction or side effect? Does anyone know?

Well side effects are changes that may happen in your body when you take a medicine, insulin. Some side effects when you start to take the medicine and then they go away. Some happen only once in a while, but I never heard about insulin toxic effect.
