Thermalean is a ECA diet pill, similar to the old formula for the Hydroxie Cut. Ephredrine, Caffine and Asprin is the main 3 ingredients that are used to help create a appetite suppressor, as well as maintain mental alertness and higher resting heart rate for increased fat burning capabilities.

I used it many times, it's great! DOnt take more than 4 pills a day, 2 in the morning b4 u eat breakfast, 2 before u eat lunch and that's it. use it everyday for up to 1 month.... and cycle it with something w/ no ephredrine if u want to still keep some gains like Lipo 6..
