Symptoms of pregnancy after plan B pill

Hello,
Here is my story, In August I took a morning after pill, it worked and everything was fine. Last month my period lasted a day. I was sexually active a few days before that as well as the 16th and the 24th (lol I keep this all written down just in case). I experienced some spotting on the 25th and 26th. I also experienced some on Oct 6 (just in the morning). I have taken a home pregnancy test as well as a blood test both test came back negative. I have not missed my period yet, but I have experienced spotting, fatigue, my boobs are sore, and I am having lower cramping. Can I have taken the test too early and be pregnant or can this still be an affect from the morning after pill. Please give me you insight on all this
