Symptoms of Post nasal drip? maybe?

About 4 months ago i came down with a bad throat infection....plus headaches and felt weak. Took amoxyl and shouldve taken them all but didnt. It came back and i went on Augmenton. After that i coughed up blood twice in my phlegm. During this time my sinuses were blocked and i would wake up with blood in my nose and couldnt breath through it. Ive always had problems with my sinuses and as it was in spring i was sneezing a lot aswell.
My throat feels like its burning..and i cough up streaks of what looks like old brown blood but its getting less and less and not often there anymore.
During this time i have had very yellow sticky mucous when i blow by nose and it smells.

what is wrong with me...

i use to smoke but i quit

i feel better than i did when it started.
