Symptoms after discontinuing birth cotrol pill

I am 51, just came of B. control pill 2 weeks ago. Was on for 32 years. Had period after coming off, now 2 weeks later (for the past 3 days) I have a constant ache in my tummy.........on both sides, i am wondering if it is my ovaries aching. Is it possible that this is a side effect of coming off the pill?
