Swollen Stomach

My stomach has been swollen for the past two weeks and every one at work thinks that i am 5 months I can't eat anything can you help?

i also have problems with my stomach?I have fullness feeling although i take small quantity of food?my tummy is also looking bulk?by the way i posted many text before.i am new comer and i do not know how to write and wht subject should be suggest.but plz reply me and sorry for my all previous mistake if i have done due to new comer.sorry again Smile Smile Smile
