Hi, there is a chance you are having peptic ulcer. The major symptom of an ulcer is a burning sensation in stomach. Sensation usually lasts between 30 minutes and 3 hours and is aggravated by certain sorts of food. Some cal it heartburn, indigestion or even take it as hunger. The pain frequently awakens at night, and occurs right after meal or a few hours after the meal. Pain can be relieved by drinking milk, or taking antacids. You should have it checked with doctor anyway, and start proper treatment.

Hi,

The first thing u shoulad stay away from foods that fuel the flames of heartburn and indigestion. According to research or other evidence, the following self-care steps may be helpful:

Slow down at the table
Take time to eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly
Try lactase enzymes
If your symptoms seem to be brought on by milk products, try taking lactase digestive enzymes before eating those foods
Help digestion with pancreatic enzymes
Taking enzymes at each meal that provide 30,000 USP units (IU) of lipase and also include protease and amylase enzymes can improve digestion
Check for food sensitivities
Work with a specialist to see if certain foods make your symptoms worse
Get a checkup
See your healthcare provider to make sure your symptoms are not related to a medical problem

Vitamin B Complex 50, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Omega - 3 Fatty Acids and Enzymes are known to be essential to maintain normal digestion processes and are key ingredients in this Stomach Health Supplment. Acetyl L-Cysteine is a detoxifier for the GI system and promotes damaged GI tract healing. Licorice and Ginger can help to protect the GI tract by decreasing inflammation and forming a physical barrier against stomach acid or other abdominal irritants which is a useful property of this Stomach Health Supplement. Ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti-nausea properties and has been shown to enhance normal, spontaneous movements of the intestines thereby aiding digestion.

These recommendations are not comprehensive and are not intended to replace the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
