Stevia is all natural. Use keywords JoeDillonDifference and LifeExtention to search for the info your looking for. Joe Dillon promotes supplements from Life Extension because they are 'pharmaceutical grade' products. Meaning, in short, that they are produced without any additives that you may find in regular store bought supplements. I agree that additives CAN be harmful if used repeatedly or regularly but I also find the supplements to be expensive. But what isnt when your trying to stay healthy? Joe Dillons website also offers enough info that you COULD PROBABLY acheive similar results without buying anything because the bottom line that he preaches is high protein/low carbs and excersize. Eat the protein first. Carbs should be low carb veggies preferrably but fruit is ok in moderation. Serving sizes should not exceed the size of your fist (if your fist is bigger than most then you need to use common sense and imagine a smaller fist). Add omega-3 foods or supplements. Those are the healthy fatty acids that a body needs to help fight the fat you need to burn and to aid in cholesterol health, I believe. Take vitamin supplements (MY PERSONAL OPINION is that his pitch on the vitamins is a bit excessive). Excersize. He promotes a particular excersize regimen. I have found his info helpful and even he says that if you only incorporate some of this into your life you are doing better that what you were. He also promotes a protein shake that claims to be better than all the rest but I have found that if you read the lable on the shakes and compare, you can find one that is reasonable concerning the Whey protein (this MUST be first ingredient listed, otherwise put it back on the shelf and move on) cholesterol, carbs (these should be as low as possible) etc. The shakes dont taste that good but they are loaded with the good stuff. I heard that you can add stevia to sweeten the taste. I didnt have any so i used a teaspoon of Nestley Quick powder and it worked fine.
There is much more info at these sites you will find useful and easy to incorporate in your life.
I am not getting paid for sharing this info. When I was working for a certain company we were offered a chance to see Joe Dillon speak. It was free... for us.
