I am 20 years old and I am starting with body building. I would like to build up certain groups of muscles on my body and I have been thinking of adding some products later to help me with exercises. Actually, I am concerned about two things, steroid use and weight gain. I would like some more muscle mass, but I am not so certain about steroid use, is that what I should try.

If you are not that certain, get informed. If you are not planning to be a professional boy builder, then I assume that you really do not need steroids. There are other ways for you to gain muscle weight. One is carefully prepared training program. The other is diet that includes a lot of protein, especially those with low fat percentage, like white chicken meat and fish.
