From what you wrote I believe that you have
Sporotrichosis (caused by a fungus called Sporothrix schenckii). It is usually caused by a fungus living in
soil and on plants, rotting garden material, and wood. Anyway, you should be able to successfully treat it with any of antifungal meds you can find. Also, a wet, warm washcloth put on the sores may help your sores heal. But, I would still recommend you see a dermatologist to have a look at it – just to be sure and get the professional treatment advice. Hope this helps.
