Since about 2 years I have a spot of hairless smooth skin under my sack. Normally I don't really notice it but sometimes it itches horrible. If I scratch the skin starts to become moist and feels slick. The next day there is a semi transparent crust over the spot which peels off after a couple of days.
It has started to grow a little over time, also moving around back toward my anus.
Usually I don't have a lot of discomfort, but when it itches it itches very badly. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance!

It sounds to me like you have a sore on your scrotum, which is why it gets slick and moist like that. Do you think you could see a doctor about this? It might be syphilis or something worse. Can you let me know?

OP here, thanks for the reply.

I first thought it might be jock itch, so I tried anti fungal cream for a week or two, but I feel no improvements whatsoever.

The skin itself is very smooth, and without any discoloration at all, so a sore seems to be out of the question. Syphilis seems very unlikely on the account of me not having had any form of intercourse yet.

Anybody else got any ideas? I might have to see a doctor at this point, but I don't want to, really.
