Six months abdominal pressure and pulsing by lower ribs

Six months ago i got really bad sulferic gas, and constant loose stools, then after about a month of that is susided as a constant throb right by my lower ribs, and its been 6 months of no change, just additional problems now. Food doesnt seeem to change this. and sleep doesnt either, i have also taken ulser meds and it didnt help either. it also hurts through to the middle of my back two. I am unable to leave the home basically except for a couple occasions. also i dont know if this can relate to anything, but two months ago my face broke out in what looks like acne, the doc said it appeared to be perioral dermatitis. This is all just so confuseing and i cant get help anywhere i have a hard time sleeping, i roll around every few mintues cause im sore, and last night my legs pulsed like crazy for hours before i could fall asleep and they felt really hot. I also have a crazy about of tension in my head and neck!(which could be due to the inactivity for the past 6 months) Does anyone have any ideas of what this constant throb could by in my upper abdomen, and pressure on my organs and lungs, i dont feel like i can take a proper deep breathe.

Have you had your gall bladder checked? You may need an abdominal ultrasound to determine whether you have gall stones or some other gall bladder issue.

Your symptoms sound very familiar to me. I noticed that my top number has gone up for my blood pressure and depending on my position I feel a pulsing in my lower abdominal/upper pelvic area. I have been suffering abdominal/pelvic pressure since June. It came all of a sudden. I know this because my work pants that are a 32 in men's size went quickly to a 36 that I was able to borrow. I cannot breathe well because the pressure is pushing on my diaphram. I had an ultra sound done on my major organs and a special gall bladder test and everything came out negative. I also went to the GI doctor and had a colonoscopy. In his frustration, my doctor is turning me over to a surgeon and I sit here in frustration about the fact that my insurance company is not sure about authorizing a CT Scan. If the surgeon has to cut and look about...so be it. I can hardly eat because it make the pressure more intense.
My back feels bad in the middle at night too. I figure that whatever is in there is putting pressure on the kidneys. I sometimes feel a strange sensation going into my legs, moreso into the right than the left to almost a numbing feeling . I have noticed some headaches as well. I am not proned to headaches and have had more in the past couple months than in the last five years.
