Scared...

In my throat my left lymph node has been swollen and in pain on an off for the past week. I've had lyph problems a time or two this year all ready but I explained them away as a sinus infection. Thoughout this passed year my urine has darkened. And I break out in what I would describe as a rash around my thighs and private area once every couple months. I have been explaining this away as well because I sometimes wear tight skirts and that'll give you some heat rash. But once every 4 months or so I will obtain a soar on my area.
I guess I have been telling myself that it was wearing really tight pants all the time that did this. But I also have red pinprick like dots on the back of my hands a few on one and one on the other. I thought this might be an std. But I was checked last year and came up clean. Is there anything else this would be? Or is there something a blood and scape test wouldn't show?
