Hello, Ive recently started a diet, where basically Im just counting calories, and adding 30 minutes of
exercise a day. (Ialready played tennis 2-3 times a week, but now I'm indoor biking on the days I dont go out on the
court.) Well Ive done research and it says to just shoot for 1-2 pounds a week. I'm only on day 3, but Ive already droped 6 pounds. Is this ok? I didnt want to crash diet or anything. I took in about 2300 calories each day. Thanks....
