Relacore and HIV medicine side affects. Help me please

I have a friend who is taking relacore and is also taking HIV/AIDS medicine. I am very worried about this and for him. He has begun getting very angry and lost alot of weight. He isolates in his room. I am worried for him. Can anyone please tell me if there are risks for taking Relacore and Aids medication. I need to know some facts in order to help him. I have looked everywhere and can find no information about the two and if there are any health risks with the two medicines taken together.
