Red blood in stool

Hello,
I am 24, male and I have noticed bright red blood in my stool. My anus also itches and hurts when I pressure on it. I never experienced this… Has anyone any idea what this might be?

Hey,
Your problem sounds familiar to me… I think you have hemorrhoids. Do not worry, this is nothing serious, and you can buy medication over the counter.
