Prescribed pill, low estrogen levels, now labia minora swoll

I recently starting taking the pill, prescribed by my doctor to fix the problem i have, high fsh and extremely low estrogen, i have been on them for about a week and now my labia minora has swollen, making it extremely uncomfortable to walk and sit down, and i'm getting a white discharge from my vagina.
I have never had a period before and this doesn't seem usual...
Please help me understand what is going on.
